La Porterie is a detached spacious gate house and sleeps 6-8 in 3 bedrooms. Large open-plan and newly-fitted oak kitchen with dishwasher, dining room and sitting room. Tiled floors throughout. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Spacious triple bedroom with cot for baby and second shower room. Upstairs is a concealed mezzanine bedroom with three single beds. Outside La Porterie has its own sun terrace, barbeque and garden furniture.

La Sellerie - Self-catering cottage

La Sellerie is a traditional Charente style house that sleeps 4-5 people, overlooking the Château and the swimming pool. All ground floor accommodation comprises a large and spacious lounge with an original fire place with a wood burner fire, newly-fitted kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with three single beds and a cot for baby. 
There is a tiled shower room with wash hand basin and w.c. Outside there is a covered veranda for alfresco dining with barbeque and garden furniture.
Satellite TV and DVD player.

Located in the same grounds as the Chateau is our Ferme de Labaurie, a renovated barn for 10 people.
Having its own private swimming pool and gardens, plus two covered verandas for alfresco eating.
Large sitting room with dining table, comfortable chairs and sofas, TV and DVD. Twin bedroom on ground floor & oak staircase leading to one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and bath/shower room. Kitchen/dining room, leading to cloak room with wc. Large utility room & a downstairs twin bedroom. Second staircase leading to bath/shower room and wc and one double bedroom with a veranda.
